Srinath Varadachar joined Bloom Value in 2020, after a 30+ year career in the field of medical instrument and consumables sales. His journey has kept him at the forefront of technological advancement and development. He embraces new challenges, finding motivation to go the extra mile, seeking both personal fulfillment and organizational success.

Srinath began his career at Advanced Micronic Devices Ltd. as a service engineer and, over the course of two decades, became the Vice President. He has developed new offices in multiple cities, built teams, and established cordial business associations with various government agencies, private and corporate customers, vendors, and business partners.

Srinath began working with start-ups in 2011, with Embrace Innovations where he built a large sales organization as the VP of Sales. He has also worked with Axio Biosolutions, Skanray Technologies Pvt Ltd., Mysore where he managed government businesses for South India for radiology and critical care products.
