Lauren Foutz has over a decade of experience in the startup ecosystem. She specializes in leveraging technology to enhance financial decision-making and streamline client operations. She has served as Chief of Staff for two startups, where her strategic vision and leadership were instrumental not only in driving growth and product development, but also in successfully leading both companies through large exits.

Lauren's career began in healthcare consulting, where she honed her skills in financial, operational, and risk management. She advanced to lead teams of analysts and consultants focused on improving the financial health and operational efficiency of organizations. Lauren’s implementation of cutting-edge technologies and best practices has saved her clients hundreds of millions of dollars and significantly boosted their operational performance. Her commitment to innovation and excellence continues to drive transformative results across the industry.

Lauren received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University. She currently resides in Southern California.
