Venu Kondle, M.D.

Co-Founder

Dr. Venu Kondle is a highly respected physician, serial entrepreneur, philanthropist, and community leader. He has dedicated his career to advancing healthcare access and outcomes for individuals and communities worldwide. His focus has been on minority groups and underserved populations in Northern California.

Prior to co-founding Bloom Value, he completed his medical education in India. He continued his training in internal medicine at Jamaica Hospital and nephrology at the University of Missouri-Columbia. He further specialized in transplant medicine at Oregon Health and Science University.

Dr. Kondle established a private practice in the Yuba Sutter community of Northern California. He founded the nephrology department at Sutter North and served as a board member of the Sutter North Medical Group. He later founded North Valley Nephrology, a single-specialty medical practice that grew to encompass the Greater Sacramento area while establishing numerous dialysis centers within a 50-mile radius.

Dr. Kondle has served as a two-term president of the California Medical Association's Yuba Sutter chapter for 20 years and was the Chairman of the Board for the Rideout Hospital Medical Foundation for eight years. He serves on the boards of many local community organizations, including Silicon Andhra University, the SAVE Foundation, and Orangevale Preparatory Academy. Additionally, he is a founding board member of KeyBlocks International and Click to Clinic.

Dr. Kondle's entrepreneurial spirit has led him to found several Accountable Care Organizations (ACO’s), including California ACO, MBA ACO, Golden Life ACO, and Achiever ACO. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board and CEO of Nivano Physicians Inc., a large independent physician association serving patients in the Greater Sacramento area.
