Bloom Value is an emerging healthcare optimization solution startup. We deliver Data Analytics / AI driven solutions to enable healthcare providers to improve their care quality while continuing to manage their costs and improve margins.  We are looking for a Sales Leader with deep expertise in the Healthcare Risk Contract space.  Specifically, we are looking for leaders with extensive networks in the Independent Physician Associations (IPA’s), Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), Managed Services Organizations (MSO’s) and Risk Bearing Organizations (RBOs) markets.

Job Location:

Remote California

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sells company solutions and services to potential new IPA/ACO/MSO clients in assigned territory.
  • Owns the entire sales process from prospecting to contract signature.
  • Engages prospective new accounts at executive and lower levels to understand needs, objectives and aligns Bloom Values solutions and services and services to bring client value.
  • Develops and executes sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Develops and implements sales and territory plans and activities.
  • Learns about Bloom Value’s solutions, keeping up to date with market trends.


  • 5 plus years of experience in new business sales for IPA/ACO/MSO, healthcare technology ideal
  • Experience selling to Chief Financial / Chief Medical Officers.
  • Experience with leading technology platforms in the IPA/ACO/MSO space including EZCap, QuickCap, Trizetto, Plexis would be ideal
  • 2+ years’ experience selling AI Solutions EHR, Revenue Cycle in ambulatory.
  • Experience selling to IPAs is ideal


Bachelor’s Degree (four-year college or technical school) or 5+ years healthcare technology sales

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Microsoft Office suite proficiency — Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Strategic Selling training
